Ingredients

1 plain bage

2 slices of low fat cheddar cheese (50%)

1 ½ tbsp chive cream cheese (or spread of choice)

2 large slices of tomato

4 slices of cucumber

2 thinly sliced red peppers

½ avocado sliced

Black pepper

Instructions:

1) Cut the bagel in half and toast the slices.


2) Spread the cream cheese on both slices.


3) Layer a slice of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado slices and then add the other slice of cheese.


4) On the other half of the bagel add the bell pepper.


5) Combine the two halves, slice in half and enjoy.
