1 egg white
2 chicken sausages
Cooking spray (or 1 tbsp olive oil)
1) Start by heating up a medium pan on the stove at medium heat and spray with olive oil (or an oil you have available). Slice the sausage and add to the pan once it is heated. Flip every two minutes until thoroughly cooked through, about 5-8 minutes. The sausages should be browning on both sides and firm.
2) When the sausages are halfway done put another medium pan on the stove at medium heat. Then whisk the eggs and egg white in a small bowl until fully combined.
3) Spray the pan with olive oil spray (or an oil you have available) and pour in the eggs. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper, stir the eggs occasionally until they are fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
4) Once the eggs and sausage are fully cooked transfer to a plate and enjoy.
