200ml semi-skimmed milk (or almond milk; water)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or vanilla)
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp low fat greek yogurt
1) And the oats, milk, peanut butter and protein powder in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2) Then reduce to a simmer and stir to combine ingredients. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked stirring occasionally. Your goal is a creamy consistency. Make sure that you stir often enough so that the protein powder does not clump.
3) Add the cooked mixture in a bowl and add the greek yogurt. Stir the yogurt into the oatmeal until creamy.
