200g greek yogurt
175g honeydew melon (or fruit of choice)
3 dried dates
1 tbsp honey
1) Wash and cut the honeydew melon into medium sized cubes.
2) In a blender or food processor blend the dates and half of the honeydew melon together until it is finely chopped. If you do not have a blender you can simply chop the ingredients.
3) Mix the melon and date mixture into the greek yogurt.
4) In a small bowl, or jar, layer oats and almonds, remaining cubed melon, and yogurt mixture and drizzle honey. Repeat until they are used entirely.
