200ml semi-skimmed milk (or almond milk; water)
1) Bring milk and oats in a small saucepan to a boil.
2) Then reduce to a simmer and stir to combine ingredients. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked stirring occasionally.
3) Add any topics of choice (try and follow the one indicated in the diet program).
