Ingredients

2 slices of whole wheat bread

110g of low fat cottage cheese

4 cherry tomatoes

4 tbsp of fresh basil

2 tsp olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Instructions:

1) Toast the slice of bread to a desired crispness.


2) In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the salt and pepper.


3) Drizzle the olive oil on the toast slices.


4) Spread the cottage cheese on the toast.


5) Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the cottage cheese.


6) Shred the basil and add to the toast.
