Resistance Band

Instructions:

1) Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width apart, your back straight and chest out.


2) Grab the resistance band at each end (with some slack at both ends) and hold it in front of your chest with your arms extended.


3) Pull the band apart as far as you can. Keep your posture and form throughout the movement. As you're pulling the band squeeze your shoulder blades together.


4) Return to the starting position and repeat.
